We love dogs and are happy to work around friendly pups during your service! 🐕💚 However, if your dog is protective or won’t allow our technician to safely do their job, we’ll try to contact you first by knocking, calling, and texting.

If we’re still unable to complete the cleanup due to safety concerns, the visit will still be charged, since time was reserved just for you. Your dog’s safety—and our team’s—is always our top priority!

Some cleanups can fill an entire trash bin! With multiple scoopers servicing many homes each day, transporting all that waste to a landfill daily just isn’t feasible.

🐾  It’s better for the environment
On-site disposal helps reduce unnecessary driving, lowers fuel consumption, and limits trips to the dump—making our service more eco-friendly.

If you’d prefer us to haul the waste away, we’re happy to include it for a additional fee. Just let us know!

While we can’t always guarantee a specific day (thanks to our efficient routing system), we’ll do our best to find a day that works for you. We aim to keep things running smoothly for all our customers—but we’re happy to coordinate whenever possible! 🗓️🐾🤝
